This internal gutter was replaced due to rust and leakage.
The old capping was left in place as requested with a recommendation to replace it within the next few years to prevent any further issues.

A call out job to assess shower blockage. We came across this dodgy plumbing. Tree roots had found their way into the drainage system through the Overflow Relief Gully.
It had been paved over for quite some time. Excessive roots were cut out and the system was upgraded to AS/NZ 3500 standards.
